Margaret C Bond

Mrs. Margaret C. Bond, 76, of Route 3, Plattsburgh passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at the CVPH Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born Sugarbush, New York on August 9, 1935 the daughter of Lawrence and Bridget (Hogan) Ryan. Margaret was employed at SUNY Plattsburgh. She enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Margaret was a member of St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. She was predeceased by her parents a daughter Teri Anne Bond, seven brothers; James, Tom, John "Jack", Leo, Dennis "Paul" and Henry "Hank" and four sisters; Elizabeth, Eileen, Esther and Geraldine. Margaret is survived by her husband Donald G. Bond of Plattsburgh whom she married September 15, 1954 at St. Joseph's Church, Dannemora, four sons; Donald L. Bond and his wife Sheila of Plattsburgh, Michael S. Bond of Plattsburgh, Timothy A. Bond of Plattsburgh, Patrick O. Bond and his wife Katie of Plattsburgh, two daughters; Debra L. Parker and her husband Steven of Cadyville, Marjorie S. Trim and her husband Eugene of Morrisonville, twelve grandchildren; Steven, Stefany, Bryant, Meeghan, Lauren, Brent, Isobel, Jordanne, Chelsey, Connor, Cydney, Keagan and Nathan, four great grandchildren; Riley, Karsen, Brody, Jacob and soon a fifth, several nieces and nephews also survive her. Calling hours will be on Thursday April 26, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday April 27, 2012 at Noon at St. Alexander's Church, Morrisonville. Entombment will follow at Whispering Maples Mausoleum on the Tom Miller Road.
