Margaret Dwyer

Margaret Dwyer (Edwards) age 99, passed away Sunday, Feb.11, 2024. Service will be held this spring at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Chazy, N.Y. Margaret was born in Middletown, N.Y. She graduated from Middletown High in 1943. Margaret married James K. Dwyer on July 16, 1949. She worked as a bank teller for Orange County Trust Bank. Her favorite hobbies were gardening, crochet, reading and cooking and she enjoyed attending the Red Hatters luncheons. After retiring Margaret & James moved to Chazy, N.Y. in 1989. She dedicated herself to acts of kindness and sought opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of others around her. Preceded in death by her parents, James & Vanlea Edwards. Husband, James K. Dwyer. Brothers, James Edwards, Bill Edwards and John Edwards. Survivors: Sons, Keith Dwyer of Chazy, N.Y., Jim (Sheila) Dwyer of Wichita, KS., 2 grandchildren Jimmy & (Meredith) Dwyer, Amy & (John) Campbell, 4 great grandchildren; Keegan & Cassidy Dwyer, Grayden & Finnley Campbell. The family wishes to express gratitude to Kathi Rynkowski who provided wonderful care for Margaret. A special thanks to Donna Leduc for all she did for Margaret.
