Margaret Z Rascoe

Margaret Z. Rascoe, 86, of Plattsburgh, formerly of Saranac, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Loon Lake, NY on October 26, 1935 the daughter of Leo and Myrtle (Abbott) Collins.

She enjoyed going to garage sales. Margaret often liked to test her luck playing BINGO and playing cards with family at gatherings.

She is survived by her children; James Rascoe, Donald Rascoe and his wife Vanessa, Janice Piller and her husband Danny, Eric Rascoe and his wife June, her 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Richard Rascoe, her son Kenneth Rascoe and daughter Linda Parker, her daughter-in-law Eva Rascoe, and her great-granddaughter Samantha Mills.

At Margaret’s request, there will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 11:00am at Church of the Assumption Cemetery in Redford.
