Marion A St Dennis

Morrisonville Marion A. St. Dennis, 86, of Mason Street in Morrisonville, passed away on Monday June 27, 2011 at Otsego Manor in Cooperstown, NY with her family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on July 3, 1924, the daughter of Howard and Alice (Brunell) Rock. Marion worked at Montgomery Wards in Plattsburgh as a Book Keeper until her retirement. She was a member of St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville and enjoyed traveling and doing crossword puzzles. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband James St. Dennis, a daughter Sally St. Dennis, a brother Rudy Rock and a sister Theresa MacCallum. Marion is survived by two sons and a daughter in law; James H. and Beverly St. Dennis of Schuyler Falls, Nicholas R. St. Dennis, a daughter and son in law; Marianne and Vincent Ruggiero of Fly Creek, N.Y., two brothers and sisters in law; Raymond and Nancy Rock of Morrisonville and Kermit and Ann Rock of Cohoes, 4 grandchildren; Melissa and Brent Snow of Rock Stream, N.Y., James I and Amy St. Dennis of Plattsburgh, Sara Ruggiero of Fly Creek, N.Y., Rachele Ruggiero of Fly Creek, N.Y., 3 great grandchildren; Daniel, Thomas and Erin Rose Snow, and several nieces and nephews. At Marion's request, there will be no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday July 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville.
