Marion Knuffke, 87, of Cornelia Street, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Wednesday December 28, 2016 at UVM Medical Center in Burlington, VT. She was born in Duryea, PA on February 25, 1929 the daughter of Edward and Anna (Wardak) Ososki. Marion was predeceased by her parents, her husband William Knuffke and a sister Mildred Ososki. She is survived by her sister Regina Pecotte of Plattsburgh, a nephew Harry Pecotte, a niece Melanie Saari and her husband Garry, her great nieces and nephews Garry Saari, Brian Saari and his wife Jocelyn, Samantha, Edward, Charles, Thomas, Christopher and Andrew Pecotte and a great great nephew; Ethan Saari. Calling hours will be held on Sunday January 1, 2017 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday January 2, 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh. Entombment will be at Whispering Maples Memorial Gardens on the Tom Miller Road in Plattsburgh.
