Marjorie Dorothea Bussey

Marjorie Dorothea Flynn Bussey passed away on March 7, 2020 in Plattsburgh, New York at the age of 90 with lovely Celtic music playing and her longtime caregiver and loving firstborn Susan Flynn Verba by her side.

She was born on February 2, 1930 in Menands, New York to John and Marjorie Flynn. She was married to Courtland William Bussey for many years. Marjorie was a typical Irish mother with a loving heart, a gentle spirit, and a great sense of humor.

Marjorie is survived by her children, Susan Flynn Verba and her husband John of Plattsburgh, New York; Daniel Bussey and his wife Colleen of Brighton, Michigan; Jean Bussey Tapia and her husband Greg of Winfield, Kansas; Joan Bussey of Plattsburgh, New York. She is also survived by her sister Jacqueline Henderson, of Menands New York. She was preceded in death by her sister Catherine and her daughter Carolyn Bussey. Marjorie is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
