Mary C Mccomber

Mary Carmel McComber, 86, of Diana Way, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the CVPH Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born in St. John’s Newfoundland, Canada on August 6, 1934 the daughter of William and Madeline (Flynn) Crotty.
Carmel enjoyed baking, spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren watching soap operas and her canine companions Jack and Colton.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Mac and several siblings.
Carmel is survived four daughters; Deborah McComber of Saranac Lake, Elizabeth (Craig) Porta of Canton, Cathy (Lyle) Trombley of Plattsburgh, Danielle Butler of Plattsburgh, her siblings; Lorraine Barron of St. John’s, Newfoundland, Madeline (Jack) Wills of Dallas, Edward (Patsy) Crotty of Alliston, Ontario, nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
At Carmel’s request service will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Fitzpatrick Cancer or the H. K Freedman Renal Center.
