Maureen Ann Kennedy

Peru Maureen Ann Kennedy, 60, of Route 9 South, Valcour, passed away Monday, February 3, 3014 at her home. She was born in Belleville, Illinois on September 29, 1953 the daughter of Michael J. and Agnes (Sweeney) Kennedy. Maureen graduated from Plattsburgh High School Class of 1971. She received her BA Degree from Plattsburgh State. Maureen worked at the North Country Center for Independence. She enjoyed her cats, feeding birds and she was avid reader, Maureen was predeceased by her father Michael J. Kennedy. She is survived by her mother Agnes Kennedy of Valcour, her brothers Michael J. Kennedy, Jr. and his wife Brenda of Mars Hill, NC and Mark L. Kennedy of Valcour, her nieces and nephews Erick Kennedy and his wife Brienne, Megan Ann Schmidt, Koryn Kennedy and Ryan M. Kennedy.
