Michael Joseph Serra

Michael “Mickey” Serra Jr. 79 of Plattsburgh passed away with his very good friend Margaret at his side.

Mickey was born March 9, 1943 in Westerly, Rhode Island to Michael and Rose Serra.

Mickey enjoyed bowling and playing golf. He owned and operated the L&M Liquor store for many years. Most recently he worked for Clinton County Public Transit until he fell ill.

Mickey was predeceased by his parents, his bothers Louis and Frank, as well as his wife Julie.

He is survived by his daughter Rosemary and her husband Robert Reeves, Brien and Amanda (Reyell) Barnett,and Jonisa Bombard-Senecal, his grandchildren Robert and Marcus Reeves, Bruce Bombard, Kaitlyn Senecal and Bailey Barnett, and his great Grandchildren Hayden, Preston and Avery.

At his request there will be no calling hour. He will be laid to rest with his wife Julie in St. Peters cemetery at a later date.
