Mildred M. Bilow, 92, formerly of the Arthur LeFevre Apartments, Morrisonville, New York died May 7, 2015 at Meadowbrook Health Care in Plattsbburgh. She was born May 29, 1922 in Ellenburg, New York the daughter of Oliver and Mamie (Tourville) Bilow. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, May 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Edmund's Church, Ellenburg, New York. Interment will follow at the Parish cemetery.
