Mildred M. Decelle, 105, of Route 22B, Morrisonville, NY, passed away on Thursday October 19, 2017 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh with her loving neighbors and caretakers by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on October 8, 1912 the daughter of Arthur and Mabel (Cassevah) Frechette. Mildred worked as a Telephone Operator for New York Telephone for many many years. She married Francis Decelle. Mildred was a parishioner of St. Alexander's. She was predeceased by her husband, her sister Catherine Saukas, her brother George Frechette and her two nephews Jim and Donald. Mildred is survived by her neighbors, Stephen and Cindy Fuller of Morrisonville, their children; Mandi (Chris) Bulawa and Stevie (Melissa) Fuller, her nieces Nori Lawson and her husband J.C. and Beverly Saukas, nephew Richard Saukas, many great nieces and nephews also survive her. Calling hours will be held on Saturday October 21, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alexander's Church, Morrisonville. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
