Milton Brewer

February 13, 1942 — February 11, 2021

Milton “Tommy” Brewer, 78, of Dannemora, joined his loved ones in Heaven at 3:15pm, Thursday, February 11, 2021, just 2 days shy of his 79th.
Tommy had a head injury at age 3, never spoke another word, but he sure made his wants and needs very clear. He attended ARC when it was on Sharron Ave and transferred to Third Age Sibley Hall PSUC. He had friends at both places until March 2020 when Covid19 hit. I want to thank Chris, Barb, Sandy, Michele, and Jenny Heath of Third Age and Amy and Chris and many workers from ARC especially Damie, Christy, Melinda and Brian – he loved you guys.
Tommy is survived by his sister whom cared for him for 50 years, Faye King, her 2 sons, Robbie and his wife Michele, Rodney and his wife Kelly and their kids Riley and Mary, sister Barbara Byars and her children, Lisa, Cindy and Monty, his sister Sandy Wair and her husband Ralph and his brother-in-law, William “Pop” Bondurant.
Tommy was predeceased by his mother, Pearl (Pratt) Brewer and his father Thomas Brewer, sisters Ruth, Betty Merrell and her husband JD, Aunt TT and Uncle Milton Pratt, brother Jimmy Brewer, his nephew Mike , nieces Paula and Ginger, and his dog Sadie Mae.
He is survived by his extended family, his little buddy Greyson Moffat, Gloria Trost, The Benjamins – Dave, Lisa, Olivia and Heather, Charlotte West Ida Strack and Penny Rock.
I want to thank Freddie Trost, Brad Laplant for helping Tommy continue walking after Covid shut down Third Age. Neighbor Rick Scholl for his assistance, and Andrew Bordeau for putting Tommy to bed each night.
I want to thank Dr. Webber, nurse Jules and Dr.Mazdzer for all they did to help me keep Tommy in good health, and DDSO for all you’ve done, Peggy, Sharon, Brianne, Lynn, and Tammy.
There will be no public calling hours.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh. Online condolences may be offered at www.brownfuneralhomeinc.com.
