Myrtle A Bradley

Morrisonville Miss Myrtle A. Bradley, 96, of Irish Settlement Road in Morrisonville, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh with family by her side. She was born in Beekmantown on November 13, 1915, the daughter of Fredrick and Katherine (Connely) Bradley. Myrtle graduated from Morrisonville High School and later from Houghton College with a BA in History State with a BS in Elementary Education. She taught in Malone, Bloomingdale and Keeseville. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, and her siblings; Sarah Bradley Arnold in 1943, Gladys Bradley in 1969, Ralph Bradley in 1971, Hazel Bradley Slosson in 1975, Grace Bradley Rabideau in 1989, Earl Bradley in 1997 and Olive Bradley Lewis in 2011. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at 11:00 am at West Plattsburgh Union Cemetery with Pastor Duane Lum of the Plattsburgh Nazarene Church officiating. Memorial donations may be offered to Hospice of the North Country.
