Naoma M Haley

Plattsburgh Mrs. Naoma M. Haley, 100, formerly of Durand St., passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at home with her loving family by her side, under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Plattsburgh on March 28, 1915, the daughter of the late Joseph and Bessie (Frederick) Nadeau. Naoma was employed at BF Goodrich Auto for several years. In Naoma's free time, she enjoyed sewing, cross-stitching, crafting, gardening, and baking. Naoma was a dedicated and faithful parishioner at St. John's Church. She was predeceased by her husband, James M. Haley, and her brother Clarence Nadeau. She is survived by her two sons, James Haley and his wife Julia of Washington, PA, and their children, Dawn (Andy) Harris of Clayton, NC and Keith Haley of Burgettstown, PA and her son, Barry Haley of Plattsburgh, and his children, Jill (Scott) Krienke of Las Vegas, NV, Julie (R. Shon) Lilledahl of Plattsbugh, Jennifer (Frank) Vella of Fairport, NY, Jason (Rosa) Haley of Las Vegas, NV, her great-grandchildren; Trent and Travis Harris, Kassidy Haley, Zachary MacDonald and James Wood, R. Shon and Jacob Lilledahl, Alexandra and Samantha Vella, Aria, Aaron, Anthony, and Addelynne Haley, and her nieces; Jean Raymond and Cheryl Nadeau. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 11:00am at St. John's Church. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to St. John's Church or to Hospice of the North Country.
