Nicole M "Peepers" Burnell

Nicole M. “Peepers” Burnell, 26, of Durand Road, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH. She was born in Burlington, Vermont on July 18, 1994, the daughter of Todd and Karen (Leazott) Burnell.
Nicole enjoyed watching auto races at Airborne and Devils Bowl and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her parents Todd and Karen Burnell, her fiancé Nathan Smart, her son Isaiah Andrew Smart, her sister Brittany Burnell, a niece Lyla Ann Herrera, her grandfather Wendell Burnell, her grandmother Dixie Prue, her aunts and uncles; Kevin and Debbie Chapman, Greg and Nichole Burnell, Darlene Imoni, Isaiah’s grandparents; Peter Smart and Joanne Bishop, her sister in law; Stephanie Vega and brother in law; Chad Burdo , and several cousins and her pets Whalen and Oscar.
She was predeceased by her grandfathers Rodney Prue and Arthur Leazott, her grandmother Nancy Burnell.
There will be no calling hours or services. Memorial donations may be offered to her son Isaiah Andrew Smart for his future education in care of Brown Funeral Home..
