Norman H St Clair

Norman H. St. Clair, 71, of Highland, formerly of Plattsburgh, passed away, Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh, on February 19, 1950 the son of Arthur and Gertrude (Garrand) St. Clair.
Norman grew up in Plattsburgh and graduated from Peru Central School. He worked for New York State DOT for many years before retiring. He moved to Highland, NY in 2018 to spend more time with his daughter and grandchildren. He enjoyed watching sports, traveling, and being with his grandkid
He is survived by his daughter, Katrina, of Highland NY, his grandsons CJ of Hyde Park NY, Christopher and Hunter of Highland NY, granddaughters Alexis and Jayden of Highland NY, brothers Steve, Wayne, John, Rick, Mike, and sister Shelly, all from Plattsburgh NY. He has many living nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents, Gertrude and Arthur St. Clair, his sisters Sandy Deveau, Cindy St. Clair and his daughter Karrie Williams.
