Orrel T ""Joe"" Blanchard Sr

Plattsburgh Mr. Orrel T. "Joe" Blanchard, Sr., 82, of Monty Street in Plattsburgh, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2011 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh on December 25, 1928, the son of Walter and Effie (Rascoe) Blanchard. Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 pm from the Brown Funeral Home chapel. Interment will be in the Cadyville Protestant cemetery at a later date.
