Patricia G. Baker, 92 of Plattsburgh, passed away peacefully November 6th at UVM CVPH Medical Center with her family by her side. She was the daughter of Elizabeth (Beshaw) Stone and Peter Stone on March 17th, 1932. A long time resident of Plattsburgh, Patricia was predeceased by her husband of 46 years Raymond Baker. They were married from May 29th 1954 to his passing in March of 2000. Patricia was a homemaker and loved raising her eight children. She is survived by daughter Sheila (Marvin) Desrocher of Plattsburgh with children Sandy, Angela, Marvin Jr.; daughter Judy (Greg) Coons of Saugerties with children Patricia (James), Donny; son Roy Baker of Plattsburgh; son Raymond (Marie) Baker of Glensfalls with children Daniele (Jeremy), Crystal, and Trisha; son Lawrence (Kathy) Baker of North Carolina; son Jeff (Donna) Baker of West Chazy with children Carissa (Chris), Anthony (Calexis), Andrew (Hakima) and Tyler (Sarah); daughter Rose of Texas with children Christina, Jessica, Walter and Kayla; Son Christopher Baker of Plattsburgh with children Kimberly and Stephanie. She is survived by siblings Priscilla Dennis,Cecile Stone,Doris Provost,Florence Stone, and Pearl Spagnola. Patricia is also survived by many great grandchildren whom she loved. Patricia is predeceased by; Husband Raymond A.Baker, Parents Elizabeth and Peter Stone, Mother in law Lena Baker, Daughter Judy Coons, Son in laws Greg Coons and Marvin Desrocher, granddaughter Christina Baker, sisters Marion Anderson, Nancy Stone, Myrtle Ducatte, brothers David Stone,Willard Stone,and Peter Stone amongst many aunts and uncles. Calling hours will be held 3-5PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Peter's Church at 10AM on November 13, 2024, with burial following at St. Peter's Cemetery. A very special thank you to the nursing staff at UVM-CVPH fourth and fifth floor and especially Doctor Morrison for taking such loving care of our mother during her last few days. We hold a special place in our hearts for you. “In the hearts of those who loved you, you will always be there.” “As you were you will always be, treasured forever in our memory.” “Your presence I miss, your memory I treasure, loving you always, forgetting you never.”
