Paul L Trombley

Paul L. Trombley, 77, of Plattsburgh, NY, passed away Wednesday July 21, 2021. He was born in Plattsburgh on December 18, 1943, the son of Frank and Mary
(Berthiaume) Trombley. He married Shirley Huggins at St. Ann's Church in Mooers Forks on June 22nd, 1963.

He had a passion for classic GM cars, especially his prized '57 Chevy and being a member in North Country Classics Car Club. He thoroughly enjoyed sitting in his favorite chair with his beloved Pug Maggie by his side watching the Andy Griffith Show, Seinfield, Everybody Loves Raymond and more. He took much joy in knowing that his loved ones were well fed, including taking his wife and family out to dinner routinely. He loved to tinker in his garage working on his cars. Paul often enjoyed visiting the local garages when he was healthier to hang out with friends.

In his younger days, Paul helped out on the family farm until he began working at the Mooers Slipper Factory. After a few short stints working at various jobs, he found his home working at Imperial Wallcoverings where he worked for over 30 years until his retirement in 1991 due to health issues.

He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mary Trombley, and his siblings, Lillian, Clara, Eileen, Bernadette, Edward, Harold, and Donald.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Shirley; their three sons, Tim, his wife, Patti and sons Cole, Troy, his fiance Taylor and his great-granddaughter Charlotte; Randy, his wife, Nikki and their two children, Keegan with his fiance Abby and Taylor with her fiance David; Jason, his wife, Suzanne and their four children Chase, Bryce, Avery and Brody.
