Pearl M Burdeau

Pearl M. Burdeau, 88, of Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Sunday, May 23 2021. She was born August 8, 1932 in Lake Placid, NY, the daughter of Peter S. and Bertha (Carson) Decker.

Pearl enjoyed crocheting, making many hand-crafted items for the household and family members over the years. These items are now treasured more than ever as a lasting memory. Most importantly, she was a devoted mother for her four children. Pearl cherished her loving husband Arnold during their nearly 60 years of marriage; the two enjoyed extensive travels across the United States. The Grand Canyon was her favorite destination.
She is survived by her daughter Dauna Overly, her son Stephen and his wife Kari, her son Michael; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, her husband Arnold, and a son Arnold “AP”.

Calling hours will be from 3:00-5:00pm on Wednesday, May 26 2021, at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, May 27 2021 at Our Lady of Victory Church, Plattsburgh. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
