Pearl R Latour

Pearl R. Latour, 88, of Lake Shore Road, Peru, NY, passed away on Wednesday July 10, 2019 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 4, 1930 the daughter of Clifford and Elmira (Garrant) Reeves.
Pearl loved flowers, spending time with her family and her dogs; Buddy and Ellie.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Donald, who passed away in November of 2009, her siblings; Genevieve, Irene, Myra, Shirley, Joe and Buddy.
Pearl is survived by children; Donna (Paul) West, Rick (Karen) Latour, and Linda Whalen and her partner Allen Wood, all of Plattsburgh; five grandchildren; Christopher West, Nichole Nevader, Erica Terhune, Scott Rougeau and Tiffany Mangum, six great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive her.
At Pearl’s request services will be private, burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
Pearl would not have been able to live independently if not for the love, care and support her daughter Linda provided her.
