Pearl (Hebert) Webber, 99, of Plattsburgh, NY passed away peacefully on August 14, 2024 at Plattsburgh Rehab Center. Pearl was born March 25, 1925 in Altona, NY the daughter of the late Pliny Hebert and Rhoda (Peryer) Hebert. She was married to the late Harry Webber, who passed away in 1965. Pearl is survived by her two daughters: Joan Dominy, Susan and husband Jimmy Clenney both of Plattsburgh, NY. She is also survived by her son-in-law Edmond Payton, Brother-in-law Curtis Banker, Grandchildren: Charles, Steven, David, Harry, Matthew, Jill and Melody. In addition to her parents and husband, Pearl was predeceased by her daughter: Jane Payton, sister Dorothy Banker, four brothers: Armond, Clarence, Donald and Richard, along with son in laws Carlton Kirk and Harold Dominy, grandson Michael, and grandson in law Greg Patnode. Pearl worked at various places through the years including Champlain Valley Hospital, Speigal Dry Cleaners, Jennett IGA, Beekmantown Central School and Northern Orchards. She was a member of St. Peters Church, past member of Beekmantown Fire Department Auxiliary, Beekmantown Home Bureau, Clinton County Senior Citizen Council, Northend Senior Citizens Club as well as Plattsburgh Senior Citizen Club. Pearl was also a member of Windy Towers. Calling hours will take place Sunday, August 18th from 5pm-7pm at Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, NY 12901. A Funeral Home Service will take place at 630pm during calling hours. Burial will be private.
