Plattsburgh Pearlie Rabin, 96, of Plattsburgh, passed away on Friday June 1, 2018 at her home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Temple Beth Israel in Plattsburgh, NY. Burial will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
