Robert G Ashline

Robert G. Ashline, 84, of Morrisonville, NY, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at the UVM-CVPH Medical Center with his loving family by his side. He was born in Plattsburgh on February 3, 1938 the son of Victor and Alfreda (Soucy) Ashline.

He was an avid outdoorsmen; he enjoyed hunting, camping or to be on the water. He worked at Georgia Pacific for over 40 years until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife of over 42 years, Linda, his children; Tammy Miller and her husband Sam, Lisa Smith and her husband Greg, Scott Ashline, his grandchildren; Tucker, Katrina, Justin, Morgan, Regan, and Corey, his 6 great-grandchildren, and his brothers Leeward and Victor Ashline.

He was predeceased by his parents, his daughter Amy Ashline, and his brother Lawrence Ashline.

Visitation will be Monday, September 12, 2022 from 11:00-1:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
