Plattsburgh Mr. Robert Burnell, Sr., 58, of Cornelia Street, Plattsburgh, New York passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Manhattan, New York on March 17, 1951, the son of Harold and Marion (Meyers) Burnell. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 from 10 to 11 am at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad Street in Plattsburgh. Funeral services will follow at 11 am in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Reamer, chaplain at CVPH officiating. Military honors will follow the services.
