He was born in Plattsburgh, NY, on November 23, 1939, the son of the late Raymond and Leona (Frederick) Clukey. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm.
