Robert M. Martin

Robert M. Martin, 90, of Plattsburgh, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH. He was born June 6, 1933 , the son of Robert and Mildred Martin. He married the love of his life, the former Rosemary Bushey on May 22, 1956, where they celebrated 64 years together before her passing in 2020. He had a love for his family especially spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids. He loved fly fishing in his younger years, hunting and playing golf. He is survived his children and their spouses; Diane and Shane Murphy, Pamela Martin and Robert Ratigan, Shelley and Kevin McLaughlin, Darcy and Paul Hyland, and Robert R. Martin, grandchildren; Shayna St. Amand, Jenna Drollette, Leighanna McLaughlin, Kevin McLaughlin, Jr., Brian Hyland, Kristen Hyland, Kaylei Martin, Shauna LaDue, great grandchildren; Mia and Molly St. Amand, Lilyana and Grace McPherson, Jade Drollette, Arabella McLaughlin, Kennedy Wampler, Scarlett Hyland, Morgan Hall and Clare LaDue, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife Rosemary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Our Lady of Victory Church.
