Pennington, Robert E. Robert E. Pennington, 55, of Altona passed away Saturday July 4, 2009 at CVPH Medical Center. Bob was born in Hartford, Connecticut on September 19, 1953. He lived in North Granby and the surrounding area until moving to upstate New York seventeen years ago. He attended Granby Memorial High School. Bob was self-employed as a trapper, fur buyer and painter. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed fishing. He loved the upstate area, his many friends and the community. Bob was predeceased by his mother Emma (Johnson) Pennington and his father Robert Pennington. He leaves behind his sister Susan E. Pennington and her husband James Randazzo of West Hartford, Connecticut. Friends may call at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad Street in Plattsburgh at 10 a.m. with a service to follow at 11 a.m. Memorial Donations may be made to the Clinton County Food Pantry.
