Roger L Martino

Plattsburgh Roger L. Martino, 56, of Rascoe Road in Plattsburgh, unexpectedly passed away at his home Saturday, April 18, 2015. He was born in Plattsburgh on September 24, 1958, the son of Loyal and Betty (Brown) Martino. He is survived by his girlfriend Karen Hidook of Plattsburgh and as he referred to her, his shining jewel, his mother Betty Martino, sister Bonnie Rock and her companion William Brown, Jr. all of West Chazy. He is also survived by two sons Austin Martino and Matthew Martino and an Aunt Isabelle Mashtare of Plattsburgh. Roger was employed at Clinton Correctional Facility for 15 years as a PEU-1 at the Powerhouse. He and Karen enjoyed going on cruises, dancing and spending time together. At Roger's request there will be no public calling hours or services. Burial will be in the family plot at St. Joseph's Cemetery in West Chazy, NY.
