Ronald "Barney" I Baker

Ronald I. “Barney” Baker, 64, of Sciota, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021 at his home with his loving family by his side .He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on October 8, 1956, the son of Russell and Ramona (LaBare) Baker.
He enjoyed going camping or spending time watching old westerns. He loved his grandchildren and being with them above anything else. Barney had a love for singing and karaoke. He’ll be missed for his outgoing personality and conversing with anyone he met.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Rose, his children; Haley Baker and her companion Jack Dominie, Maurice Burdo, Tiffany Arnold and her husband Charles, his grandchildren; Mitchell “Bubba” Baker and Arianna “Princess” Dominie, his siblings, Kathy Nephew and her husband David, Carol Baker, Brenda Baker and her companion Timmy Garrant, and Tammy Baker, his god-son Billy Snide and his wife Katie Barcomb, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents, his brother Robin Baker.
There will be no public calling hours or services.
