Ronald J Duell Sr

Ronald J. Duell, Sr., 75, of Plattsburgh, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, March 12, 2022. He was born in Plattsburgh on July 9, 1946, the son of John and Hazel Duell.
Ronald was loved by many. He was a very hard worker until his retirement 10 years ago. He was an avid fisherman in his early days. He loved spending time with his family. His wife Deborah was his world.
Leaving behind is his wife of 56 years, Deborah (Darrah) Duell, a daughter Sheri Duell Drollette, a son Jason Duell, 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 5 living siblings; Marilyn Rabideau, Judy Irwin, Franny Stevenson, Tommy "Buck" Duell, Robert Duell and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents John and Hazel Duell, a son Ronald Duell, Jr., 8 sisters, one brother and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh.
