Ronald E Everleth

Chazy Lake Ronald E. "Ron" Everleth, 70, ofSummer Haven, Chazy Lake, NY passed away Tuesday, Decmeber 26, 2017 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on October 22, 1947 the son of Milton and Winnifred (Canning) Everleth and Grandson of Byron and Alta (Favro) Everleth. He is survived by his children Jennara And Brenden. His siblings; William (Julie), Melonie (Dean) his nieces, nephews and many loving family members and beloved friends. Ron graduated from Saranac Central High School in 1965, SUNY Canton in 1967 and Keene State College. He was a teacher at Saranac Central High School for over 30 years and primarily taught "wood shop" and architectural drafting and design to hundreds of students. Ron had a zest for life and nature. He loved his family and cherished his friends. He enjoyed being outside, boating and traveling but was his happiest when he was at "The Camp" on Chazy Lake. He enjoyed photography, woodworking and carpentry, wildlife and especially loved his Friday night family dinners. Ron touched many people's lives in his 70 years and will be missed dearly by his family and friends. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday January 2, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
