Ronald G Snyder

Mr. Ronald G. Snyder, 59, of the Stratton Hill Road, West Chazy, New York passed away Monday June 16, 2008 at the CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Plattsburgh, New York on September 29, 1948. Ron worked as an Engineer for the D & H Railroad and was a member of St. Joseph's Church West Chazy and the Men's Club of St. Joseph's. He enjoyed bowling, horseshoes and especially NASCAR and driver Kasey Kahne. Ron is survived by his wife of 20 years Sara (Trombley) Snyder of West Chazy and their sons; David, Evan and Casey Snyder all of West Chazy and his children Tammy Lintz and her husband Graig of Little Rock Arkansas, Ronald Snyder, Jr. of Plattsburgh, Barbara Parr of Fort Smith, Arkansas, his mother Leah Grindlay of Frederica, Delaware, two brothers; Kenneth Snyder and his wife Sue of Cadyville, Gary Snyder and his companion Sheila Putnam of Port Henry, a sister, Donna Salerno and her husband Tom of Frederica, Delaware, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday June 18, 2008 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, West Chazy. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make donations to Ron's family.
