Rosemary E. Uppgard

Rosemary E. Uppgard, 74, of Plattsburgh, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at her residence. She was born Sunday, August 21st, 1949, the daughter of the late Joseph Martioski and Lillian Rosemary had a passion for animals, her family and had a special interest and love for wolves, which includes her collection of Wolf commemorative plates She was a devout Catholic. She is survived by her children, Kristie and her husband David Savoy, Chrissy and her husband Michael Rumberger, and Curtis Roberts Castellani; eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; siblings, Lillian Newton, Pamela Martioski, Robert Martioski, Kenneth Martioski, Theresa Shappell, Daniel Martioski, Cathleen Cormier and Debra Hart. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her siblings, Joseph Martioski, Pearl Evans, Ann Martioski and Beverly Martioski. A Celebration of Rosemary's Life will take place at a later date.
