Russell V Bryant Sr

Saranac Mr. Russell V. Bryant, Sr., 64, of Chazy Lake Road in Saranac, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at his home with family by his side. He was born in Schenectady, N.Y. on June 19, 1950, the son of the late John and Ila (Campbell) Bryant. Russell was a self employed logger for many years and enjoyed hunting, fishing, cookouts at Chazy Lake Beach, having a good time and making wine. He is survived by a son and daughter in law; Russell V. and Gesile Bryant Jr. of Gansevoort, N.Y., 5 daughters and 2 sons in law; Mindy and James Gregoire of Fort Edward, N.Y., Michelle and Vern "Weasel" Bruno of Morrisonville, Lisa Bryant of Plattsburgh, Melissa Stanley of West Chazy, Tamera Bryant of Chazy Lake, 3 sisters and a brother in law; Janice and Lloyd Carter of Saranac, Katherine Ormsby of TN., Cindy Waldron of Saranac, 3 brothers and sisters in law; Barry and Pat Bryant of Saranac, Tommy and Renee Campbell of Malone, Timmy and Debra Campbell of Mooers Forks, 8 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, a son Bradley Bryant, and his brothers Jack and Claude. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 3 Park Row in Cadyville. Funeral services will follow at 5:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Independence Cemetery in Saranac at a later date.
