Russell J "Joe" Dragoon Jr

Russell “Joe” Dragoon passed away on 4/14/2022. Russell was born on May 30, 1944 to Russell and Rita (Mesec) Dragoon in Plattsburgh, NY. Russell worked at Deso Readymix in Champlain for 44 years while also having served as a Reservist in the US Army. He was an avid hunter, huge NASCAR fan, and loved all types of cars.

Russell is survived by his wife of 49 years Debby (Brassard), his son Chad (Bobbie Joe), Sister Bonnie (Dennis), Brothers Gary (Betty), Larry (Donna), Mark, Kelly and is wife Kelly. His In-Laws Alfred (Gail) Brassard, Carla (Larry) Gero, Kim Cody, (Kyle Snide), his beloved cat Sammy Jo, and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the West Chazy Fire Department.
