Ruth M Stone

Ruth M. Stone, 91, of the Military Turnpike passed away Sunday, October 20, 2019 at her home with her loving family by her side under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Plattsburgh on April 23, 1928 the daughter of John and Viola (Sequere) Arquette.
Ruth worked at Hydro Molding. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening, raising her family, cooking, baking, canning, traveling and pets.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Jule Stone, a son Richard Stone and her siblings; Louise Sorrell, Rose Eldred and Robert Arquette.
Ruth is survived by her children; Gloria Lindquist and her husband Larry, Donald Stone and his companion Bonnie Sponable, David Stone, Starr Daniels and her companion Andrew Recore and Susan Myers and her husband Steven, several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive her.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
A funeral service will follow in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00 pm.
Entombment will be at Whispering Maples Mausoleum, Tom Miller Road.
