Samantha L Blake

Samantha L. Richards-Blake, 32, of Plattsburgh, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with her loving family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 18, 1989, the daughter of Randy and Terrie (Richards) Wade.

Samantha enjoyed music, caring for stray animals and spending time with her family, especially her two boys. Samantha also enjoyed spending time with her grandparents Linda and Rick Wells.

Samantha had a personality and a “giggle” that was so infectious that you couldn’t help but want to be around her. Before her illness, she lit up the room.

She is survived by her two sons; Jasper and Sawyer Blake, her husband Jebadiah Blake, her parents; Randy and Terrie Wade, her brother Joshua Wade (Jessica), her grandparents; Linda Wells, Orlan and Pamela Wade, a nephew; Elias Wade, her mother in law Teri Blake and several uncles, aunts including Billie Quinn and Jen Allen whom she was very close to as well as nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in laws.

She was predeceased by her grandfathers; Wayne Richards and Richard Wells, her grandmother Judy Wade, grandparents Donald & Janet Rabideau and her father-in-law Rickford Blake.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
