Sandra L Lapointe

Sandra L. “Sandy” LaPointe, 80, of the Ratta Road, Chazy, NY passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center with her loving family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh, New York on July 22, 1941 the daughter of Florence Donivan
Sandy retired from Chazy Central Rural School where she worked in the cafeteria.
She enjoyed coaching cheerleading, baking, flower gardening, crafts, , bowling, playing bingo, decorating for the holidays, children and spending time with her family.
Sandy was predeceased by her mother.
She is survived by her husband of sixty three years Daniel “Danny” LaPointe of Chazy, their children; Bruce (Stacey) LaPointe of Plattsburgh, Tim (Gena) LaPointe of Chazy, Darren (Jenn) LaPointe of West Chazy, Tori (Chadd Devins) LaPointe of Chazy, five grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh.
A funeral service will follow at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Third Age Adult Center at SUNY Plattsburgh.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh.
