Scottsdale, Arizona Mrs. Sarah Gordon The family of Sarah Gordon wishes to announce her passing on Friday, December 19, 2008 at the Desert Flower Assisted Living Home in Scottsdale, Arizona where she has resided for the past five and 3/4 years. She was 92. Born in New York City on November 17, 1916, she was the daughter of Abraham and Jenny (Levine) Feldman. Sarah formerly resided on Lozier Place in Plattsburgh. She was a life long resident of Plattsburgh and had been employed at Plattsburgh Air Force Base for many years. Sarah was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Sidney in 2003. In addition to the love and devotion to their family, Sarah and Sidney enjoyed wintering in Clearwater, Florida. Sarah is survived by her daughter, Betty-Carol Singer and her husband, Lawson of Scottsdale, Arizona and her son, Joseph Gordon and his wife, Amy of East Greenbush, New York. Sarah is also survived by four grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 26, 2008 at 1pm at Temple Beth Israel in Plattsburgh. Interment will be in Beth Israel Cemetery in Plattsburgh. Contribution can be made to Temple Beth Israel in Plattsburgh, New York.
