Shirley A Bell

Shirley Bell, 84, of Dean Lane, Plattsburgh , passed away November 22, 2023 at Meadowbrook. She is survived by her children; Diane Welch and her husband Jim of Plattsburgh, Gary Rabideau of Plattsburgh, Alan Rabideau and his wife Karen of West Chazy, Kelly Rabideau of Plattsburgh and Kenneth Rabideau and his wife Paula of West Chazy. Her grandchildren; James (Kelsie) Welch, Matthew (Erin) Rabideau, Anthony Harvey, Nicole Rabideau and Austin Rabideau, three great grandchildren; Louisa and Isla Welch and Enid Rabideau, her siblings; Robert (Darleen) Graves and Joyce Morrison, several nieces and nephews also survive her. Shirley was predeceased by her husbands Raymond Rabideau and Victor Bell and a granddaughter Jennifer Welch. Mass of Christian Burial, November 30, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Peter's Church, Plattsburgh, inurnment at Plattsburgh Community Mausoleum.
