Sonya L Nelson

Keeseville Mrs. Sonya L. Nelson, 34, of Route 9, Keeseville, passed away Friday, November 6, 2009 at her home. She was born on November 10, 1974 the daughter of Gary Joseph Seymour and Kathleen Craft. Sonya had a great love for animals and enjoyed caring for her chiwawas and aquariums. She was known for cooking and loved spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her father, a brother Gary Joseph Seymour, Jr., her grandparents Robert and Vivian Seymour. Sonya is survived by her husband Donald Nelson, two daughters; Connie Lynn St. John of Keeseville and Samantha May Nelson of Peru. Her mother Kathleen Craft of West Chazy, a brother, Michael Seymour of Keeseville, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her. Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday November 10, 2009 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations in Sonya's memory may be made to her husband Donald.
