Sue Anne Bedard

Sue A. Bedard passed away peacefully on May 10th after an extended illness following the loss of her husband of 28 years, Mr. Henry J. Bedard.

Sue was born in Plattsburg, NY on 10/27/1937 and graduated from St. Johns Academy in 1955. She worked for the local Telephone Co. until marrying and relocating to Schenectady, NY. She worked at Ellis Hospital while living downstate, until returning to the north country and resided with her husband in West Chazy, NY.

Sue is predeceased by her parents, Bertrand and Ruth Beaubriand and her eldest son, Joseph (Butch) Smallarz.
She is survived by her three sons, Jeffery (Donna) Smallarz, Micheal (Lisa) Smallarz, and Christopher (Jackie) Smallarz. She is also survived by her older brother, James Beaubriand, her stepsons, Brian and James Bedard, and her three grandchildren, Christina, Ben, and Jacob Smallarz.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 10:00am at St. Joseph's Church. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
