Susan Babcock

Susan Desgrosiellier Babcock, 69, passed away on February 7, 2021 in Plattsburgh, NY, after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Sue attended Clinton High School in Clinton, NY, and was a graduate of the equine science program at SUNY Morrisville.
Sue had a passion for horses and explored numerous trails throughout the US and parts of Canada and Mexico; her favorite being the trails she rode while residing in Sedona, AZ. She was an avid tennis player, and talented florist while residing in Clinton, NY, where she spent the majority of her life. Sue and Dana traveled extensively throughout the country, however always loved their house in the Crater Club in Essex, NY; a place they have spent summers for the past 5 decades.
Sue was a great friend, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was the ultimate multi-tasker who always spoke her mind.
Sue is survived by her husband of 48 years, Dana; their three children: Derek (Danielle), Tyler (Erin), Matthew (Jaclyn), and their five grandchildren: Skylar, Rockland, Stella, Brewer, and Blake.
A celebration of life will be held at a date to be determined.
