Susan M. Dumas, 61, of Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on December 8, 2018, at the UVM-CVPH Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born on March 22, 1957 in Plattsburgh, NY to Frank and Frances (Rivers) Rougier. She was truly a crafter; creating crafts and artwork. Susan was a cat lover. Her greatest love was for her family. She is predeceased by her parents, and her siblings; Jordan and Edward Rougier. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert, their children; Becky Dumas and Matthew Dumas, her siblings, Loretta Jiguere and her husband Raymond, Bonnie Gregoire and companion Wally Darrah, Gloria Polewchak and her husband John, Richard Rougier, and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 11:00am-12:30pm at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00pm at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh. Burial will be at a later date in the parish cemetery.
