Theresa V Duell

Theresa V. Duell, 87, of West Chazy, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at her home. She was born in Plattsburgh on October 7, 1934, the daughter of Harry and Mildred (Spooner) LaFountain.

She often enjoyed coloring, sewing, crocheting and using her iPad. She’ll be missed for all the meals she cooked for her family.

She is survived by her husband Robert, their children; Bob Duell (Vickie), David Duell (Melody), Randy Ebersole (Mary), son-in-law David LaFountain, grandchildren; Chad Duell (Sharron), Laurie Ducharme (Kevin), Lisa Hoffmann (Kurt), Jason Duell (Mandy), Keith Duell (Jenn), Chris Smith (Shelby), Charlene Todd, and Travis Snider (Stacy), a special niece Sandy Ebersole (Mike), many great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, her daughter Gail LaFountain, her siblings; Francis, Earl, Genevieve.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 from 4:00-7:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. Funeral services will follow in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 11:00am.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
