Thomas Harry Tyndall

Thomas H Tyndall passed away at his home in Morrisonville on December 30th 2023 at age 78. Tom was born in Plattsburgh on March 20th, 1945 to Clara Rose and Walter Tyndall. A veteran of Navy aviation he was a retired diesel mechanic, but as a jack of all trades he had many side hobbies as well. Such as a cook at his wife's restaurants, a woodworker, did automotive body work and even a furniture store owner for a bit among many other things. By far though his most important role in life was being a father and a papa to as many kids and grandkids. He was always taking his family camping, fishing, boating, hunting, etc. Dad thought it was important to teach us all the life skills. Like how to change a tire, work on a car, build a house, grow a garden and how to raise, butcher and cook your own meat. It didn't matter if you were one of his sons his daughters or even just one of his kids friends. Once you entered his circle you were family. If you knew Tom then you know if he wasn't picking on you that meant he probably did not like you. He loved to get people going. He always loved to make you laugh, whether that be with one of his many dad jokes or with his crude sense of humor. He will surely be missed. Tom is survived by his wife, Debbie Tyndall-Vacanti, his children Michael Tyndall, Michelle Tyndall - Caruthers and her spouse Robert Berger, Michelle Turgeon, Joseph Turgeon, Jamie Turgeon, Tammy Tyndall - Wilson and her husband James Wilson, Harmony Tyndall, Faith Turgeon and his beloved grandchildren Jessica Difroscia, Quint Caruthers, Drake Caruthers, Shantell King, Hayden Tyndall, Skyler Wilson, Autumn Wilson, Vivian Tyndall and Andrew Tyndall, along with a few great grandkids and his cherished fur babies. He was predeceased by his parents, Clara and Walter Tyndall. His brother's Frank Tyndall and Richard Tyndall. His son Jonathan Thomas Tyndall and his grandson Nicolas Difroscia. There will be no public services per Thomas's request.
