Traci Anne Holmes

Traci Anne Holmes, 38, of Hickory Street, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Plattsburgh on September 30, 1980, the daughter of the late Francis Rock, Jr. and Carol Garnett Williams.
Traci volunteered for the Salvation Army for many years. She loved to play X Box Live and was an avid gamer and loved her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Tyler Holmes, her mother Carol Williams of West Chazy, her children; Jose Abelpalmer of Shelburne, VT., Zak Garnett of Barboursville, WV., Charlie Abelpalmer of Shelburne, VT., Shay-Lynne Davis of Cohoes, NY., Jaidene Mason of Keeseville, her stepchildren; Sammy Provost of Plattsburgh and Owen Benoit of Barre, VT., her sisters; Karen Zweeres and KristaAnne Schattenkerk, both of Winooski, VT., her brothers; Travis Rock of New Haven, CT. and Chad Rock of Plattsburgh, Matthew Devino of Ticonderoga, his stepmother, Marlene Hall Rock of Ticonderoga, his stepsister; Sheila Smith of Ticonderoga, her step brother Jeffrey Smith of Concord, NH, her childhood friend Holly Marshall of Concord, NH., and several aunts, uncles, nieces , nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father Francis Rock, Jr., her stepfather Joseph Williams, and all 5 of her grandparents.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial donations may be offered to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
