Trevor T. Hart

July 22, 1975 — January 25, 2025

Trevor T. Hart, 49, of 1809 Ridge Rd Champlain, NY passed away from a sudden illness on Saturday January 25, 2025 11:33 am at UVM Health Network- CVPH as his daughter held his hand, and his family surrounded him. He was the youngest son of Gloria and Harvey Hart of Ridge Rd Champlain, NY. He was predeceased by his father, Harvey Hart of Champlain NY, his grandparents, George and Elsie Hart of Ellenburg Depot, NY and Adolphus and Lucille LaCount of Rouses Point, NY, several aunts and two uncles. Trevor was a loving father, he had one daughter whom he thought hung the moon. Savanah Hart (Joseph Pilon) from the day she was born, Savanah had her father wrapped around her little finger. (She was his little frog, and Addy (daddy) was her first word) There is nothing he would not do for her. He was super proud of her for everything but especially for her going to school and earning her nursing license. He never failed to brag about her whenever he had a chance. Trevor was a devoted son. When his father was ill, Trevor drove his mother back and forth to UVM Burlington daily. He made sure she ate and had everything she needed before going back to the hospital to spend the nights with his dad. After his dad passed away, Trevor moved back into his childhood home to care for his mother Gloria Hart of Champlain NY. Trevor was a wonderful brother. His sister and brothers knew there was nothing that he wouldn’t do for them. All they had to do was ask and Trevor would do whatever he could to help out. His siblings are, Tina Nelson and husband Kevin Nelson of Wichita Falls TX, George Hart of Skyler Falls NY, his son Kyle Hart of Portland OH, Stephen Hart and his wife Debra, and their children, Dominic Hart of Plattsburgh NY, Bryce, Sapphire, Harvey, and Gloria of Champlain NY, Former wife of 14 years Malayna Hart of Altona NY. Trevor had a special way with children and animals. Any animals and children he came in contact with adored him just as much as he adored them. Whether he was taking them to the park or just playing with them at home, no one was as much fun as their Uncle Trevor. Family was everything to him, growing up and even after he was an adult, some of Trevor’s favorite times were spent at family gatherings. He was extremely proud of the fact that he and his Grandma Hart went to night school and earned their GEDs together. Trevor’s legacy of kindness, love for his family, children, friends and animals will be greatly missed. A mass in his honor will be held at St. Marys Church in Champlain NY on Saturday February 1st @ 11:00 AM.
