Plattsburgh Mr. Vernon R. Mihill, 55, of Chasands Drive in Plattsburgh, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh with family by his side. He was born in Lake Placid on June 15, 1959, the son of the late Ralph V. and Chellys (Baker) Mihill. In accordance with Vernon's wishes, there will be no calling hours.
